400 Keawe – Social Media Contest
400 Keawe is a unique development in the midst of its high rise luxury condo neighbors in the up and coming Kakaʻako. The charming 6-story condominium was built for the local Hawaii resident, focusing on high quality finishes, while still accomplishing low maintenance fees by forgoing usually unused condo amenities.
Team Vision was tasked to create a campaign that would showcase 400 Keawe’s low maintenance fees. Driven off of the success of the 400 Keawe radio campaign, we implemented the #My400KeaweAmenities photo contest. Targeting Hawaii residents ,age 25-65, we encouraged Facebook users to share their favorite Kakaʻako activity, showing potential buyers what they can do right outside their front door with the money that they saved from not paying for amenities that they will never use.

“Pu’uwai Place is Taking shape” ONLINE MARKETING CAMPAIGN
For over 20 years, Team Vision Marketing and Castle Cooke have worked together on launching each of their new real estate communities. For each new community launched, a new brand identity is developed which evolves into a logo design, web site, brochure, sales office concept, and finally the online and offline advertising and marketing programs. The integrated marketing campaign featured below was recently developed for Pu’uwai Place, Castle & Cooke’s newest residential neighborhood located in Waipahu.
The objective of this digital marketing campaign was to maintain the excitement for Pu’uwai Place during the building phase by communicating that the homes will be move-in ready by Summer 2018. The campaign includes e-newsletters, sponsored Facebook and Instagram ads, paid search engine marketing and online banner advertising. The ad creative features a side-by-side comparison of a construction photo and 3D exterior rendering with the headline, “Pu’uwai Place is Taking Shape” and “Move-In Ready by Summer.” Browse through other creative work we have done for Castle & Cooke Hawai’i, including photo shoots, print advertising, sales offices, events, website design, package design, and online marketing.

Dole Plantation – Social Media Contest
Dole Plantation is one of Oahu’s most visited attractions, providing visitors with an unique experience unlike any where else in the world. Besides serving their famous Dole Whip, they have the world’s largest maze, a cool Dole train locomotive that takes you on a tour of Dole’s pineapple plantation and a big marketplace- filled with local merchants. In order to increase awareness of their various activities, Team Vision utilized social media and continued the photo contest program to help reach this goal. Templating the successful launch of the Dole Plantation #iluvedolewhip social media contest we designed posters, placed throughout Dole Plantation, and curated social media posts promoting the contest. Visitors (past and present) are encouraged to post their favorite Dole Plantation moment of the Dole Plantation Facebook page with the hashtag #DolePlanatationFav. Entrants gladly share their favorite memories with the page and their own personal followers which increases Dole Plantation’s social media engagement rates, and overall digital exposure and awareness.
