FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM VIDEO ADVERTISING – CASTLE & COOKE HAWAII

Team Vision Marketing directed and shot the featured social media video ads below, that were created for Pu’uwai Place, Castle & Cooke’s newest residential real estate neighborhood in Waipahu. These social media video ads promoted the last few remaining homes at Pu’uwai Place and a special $10,000 closing cost incentive in a fresh, creative way. This social media video campaign includes sponsored Facebook and Instagram ads which also ran organically on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

“FEATURED HOME” – DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN

The featured digital marketing campaign below was created to announce the daily open house program and to promote Pu’uwai Place’s Featured Home, Castle and Cooke’s newest residential neighborhood in Waipahu.

This digital marketing campaign incorporated a fresh, new look with an asymmetrical layout featuring an exterior photography of the Featured Home. This campaign included paid search engine marketing, geo-targeted display ads, remarketing banner ads, and sponsored Facebook and Instagram ads.

Castle & Cooke and Team Vision Marketing have been working together for the past 20 years launching each of Castle and Cooke’s newest real estate communities. Along with each new Castle & Cooke community, Team Vision has created not just a new brand identity, but also logo designs, web site designs, brochures, sales office concept, and online and offline advertising and marketing programs. Team Vision Marketing recommended Honua Kai Resort & Spa design and publish a series of fun and engaging Snapchat filters in order to reach the younger generation of their resort guests as well as the ever increasing older generations now embracing Snapchat usage. We initially designed five filter concepts that included everything from simple postcard concepts to more interactive filter designs.The younger generations (primarily Millennials and Gen X) love to use local geo-filters on Snapchat to share their experiences in a fun and creative way. Team Vision designed a series of Snapchat filters which incorporate fun graphics and the Honua Kai Resort & Spa brand.

How Snapchat Geo-filters for Business Work:  Team Vision Marketing provides you with a variety of Snapchat filter design concepts.  You pick the ones you like best, and we will publish them for you.  Next, you have a few options regarding the length of time your filter can run.  You can publish a filter for just a few hours (i.e. for a wedding), a few days (i.e. for a conference or event) or for a month. You also have the option to publish for a full-year which gets you discounted rates and detailed reporting metrics. Next, we set up a geo-fence around your location. Snapchat uses this to then show Snapchat users your geo-filter options to those users who are within your geo-fence.  Now, when users take a snap photo at your location, they then have the ability to swipe right to add your filter to their photo. They then share that branded photo with the world through their Snapchat, Facebook and Instagram accounts.  You receive massive viral brand exposure at a minimal cost.

Honua Kai Resort & Spa – Social Media & Online Marketing Campaign

Located on Maui’s renowned Kaanapali North Beach, Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort offering 1-3 bedroom suites with first-class hotel services. The Resort is located directly on Ka’anapali North Beach which provides for endless summer fun, along with the resort’s 38-acre aquatic playground.  You don’t have to be a celebrity to stay at Honua Kai, you’ll just feel like one.

Never underestimate the value of a good headline in your social media posts. When we advise clients on social media marketing strategy, we recommend professional photography that’s engaging, a thought-provoking headline, and a well thought out call-to-action.  Oftentimes, the “book now” or “buy now”  button is the only call to action you need if your visuals and copy are engaging enough. In these ads for example, you don’t  really need to know much more than what’s in the image to make your purchase decision. You know it’s a luxury resort, you know it’s family friendly, you know it’s on Ka’anapali Beach (hint: it’s in the logo)… and you just know you want to stay there. Castle & Cooke’s Pu’uwai Place – Geo-fence Social Media Campaign

For this new product launch, Castle & Cooke Hawaii wanted to hold a Sneak Preview event exclusively for Waipahu area residents  to get a  first look at the new residential development in their neighborhood. Therefore, our marketing efforts needed to be highly targeted to a single region, and we also needed to saturate that region in order to produce a large event turnout. The primary driver of our event announcement campaign was a geo-fence social media program, which allowed us to isolate the Waipahu area zip code and serve up paid Facebook and Instagram ads to users only  in that specific location.  The social media campaign was supported by a print direct mailer that was distributed to the Waipahu area zip code.  The end result was that over 300 people attended the 3 hour event,  exceeding client expectations (and ours).
