Pu’uwai Place Sales Office and Signage
For nearly 20 years, Team Vision has worked with Castle & Cooke on launching each of their new communities from naming and brand identity development to online marketing, offline marketing, brochure and collateral design, events and more. For each neighborhood, we are responsible for developing the sales office design theme, interior layout and furniture plan, and design and fabrication of the various sales displays. The sales office pictured below was designed for Pu’uwai Place, Castle & Cooke’s newest residential neighborhood located just minutes from Waikele Center. This particular sales office was designed as a short term sales center for the project with the main sales tool being three custom designed interactive touchscreen presentations that allow users to view site plans, interactive floor plans, renderings, pricing, options and more.

The Coffee Shop
The Coffee Shop at Dole Cannery – Retail Store Displays
When the Dole Corporation decided to open a Coffee Shop at The Dole Cannery in Honolulu, Hawaii, they called on Team Vision Marketing agency to develop the brand identity, store design and displays, online and off-line marketing materials. The Coffee Shop at Dole Cannery will serve Hawaii grown and made coffees, including their own Waialua Estate coffee brand. The following represents the initial brand identity we developed which is being expanded upon.
Team Vision developed the featured retail store displays and signage for The Coffee Shop at Dole Cannery, including the interior brand displays, Bean-to-Bar displays, Lobby educational displays, exterior store location signage, and the interactive menu and slideshow presentation monitors which are remotely managed and updated by Team Vision Marketing.

Waialua Estate Chocolates- In-store Displays
When the world-famous Dole Planation store on Oahu’s North Shore wanted to expand the in-store exposure of the company’s Waialua Estate Chocolate brand, they called on Team Vision. We were provided with a section of retail space in the store and asked to design the retail display area, an interactive chocolate making demonstration experience, and an educational on the process of making chocolate “from Bean to Bar.”
A key component of the Waialua Estate Chocolate in-store display at Dole Plantation is the educational video on the process of making chocolate “from bean to bar.” The video serves as a 4-minute overview and introduction to the live chocolate making demonstration that takes place every hour.
