Castle & Cooke Hawaiʻi
CORPORATE BRAND AD – CASTLE & COOKE HAWAI’I
This corporate brand advertisement was developed by Team Vision Marketing to position Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii as a leading building of master-planned communities and homes for Hawai’i families. The headline is a play off of the tagline “Live, Grow, Thrive” which was also developed by Team Vision. The family lifestyle image was captured in a recent photoshoot we conducted at Castle & Cooke’s Nanea model home complex. This piece ran as a full-page ad in the Building Industry Association trade publication.
Team Vision Marketing and Castle Cooke Hawaii have worked together for over 20 years launching their new real estate communities. For each new release, we help create the brand identity, website design, brochure and collateral programs, and sales office design with interactive displays. After the foundational marketing elements are in place, we manage ongoing advertising and branding programs via traditional media placements as well as through cutting-edge digital marketing programs.

KOA RIDGE BRAND BROCHURE DESIGN
Koa Ridge is Hawaii’s first “surban” master-planned community and the largest real estate development by Castle & Cooke since Mililani. It was essential that Team Vision design an engaging brochure to establish the Koa Ridge brand identity and tell the story of Castle & Cooke Hawaiʻi. The featured brand brochure incorporates an elegant, minimalistic design with powerful imagery that visually communicates the story of how the brand originated and what it has evolved into today. The Koa Ridge signature Lau Koa (Koa leaf) pattern was used to balance out the detailed storylines about the communityʻs unique “surban” mixed lifestyle, convenient amenities, sustainability initiatives, community plan, and the wide range of home designs. Wayne’s Flooring Hawaii – Social Media Video
Wayne’s Flooring is a top Hawai’i flooring company that has been serving Hawai’i residents and businesses for over 40 years. This family-owned company has two convenient locations on O’ahu and offers a huge inventory of in-stock selections. To help maintain an ongoing brand presence in the marketplace, Team Vision developed a series of branding and educational social media videos that will run organically across all social media channels as well as on YouTube, Google, Facebook and Instagram ads. The video below was the first in the series and was designed to introduce the company’s name change, locations, and product offerings.

Honua Kai Maui
Honua Kai Resort & Spa – Fall 4 Maui Social Media Campaign
Located on Maui’s renowned Kaanapali North Beach, Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort offering 1-3 bedroom suites with first-class hotel services. The Resort is located directly on Ka’anapali North Beach which provides for endless outdoor fun, along with the resort’s 3-acre aquatic playground.
Recent research indicates that visitors traveling to Maui are most interested in authentic Hawaii experiences. To address this consumer need, we created a series of social media ads that show Honua Kai Resort on one side, and an authentic Maui experience on the other. The headline reads “Relax Your Mind. Renew Your Spirit.” which infers that at Honua Kai you can relax and let all your worries go away, and then you can book an authentic Maui experience through the resort’s concierge to help you “renew your spirit.” A series of eight social media ads were developed and ran across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Plus social media platforms. The ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for the social media component of this campaign was over 2,500%. In addition to social media, the campaign was supported by international print advertising that utilized the same imagery and headline, and targeted both consumers and travel agents. Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort located on the beautiful Ka’anapali North Beach in Maui. This popular resort offers studio to three-bedroom suites with top-of-the-line amenities and first-class hotel services.
For this Suite Summer Escape online advertising campaign, eye-catching family fun photos engage the reader and get them to stop and take notice of our ads on various online media. More importantly, our #HKMemories hashtag program deeply engages users by 1) getting them to post photos of their Honua Kai vacation and 2) providing the opportunity to those who have never visited Honua Kai to view the resort through the eyes of past guests.
Today, advertising is much more than just putting out an offer. It’s about telling your brand’s story and creatively engaging your past and future customers in a community environment. The #HKMemories campaign has been running for over 2 years now and has encouraged thousands of #HKMemories photo tags which have greatly expanded the organic reach of our online ads. The campaign has also created a strong online community who are vested in the Honua Kai brand and who positively promote the brand to their friends and family through shared experiences.
