Honua Kai Resort & Spa – Real Estate Direct Mailer
Located on Maui’s renowned Kaanapali North Beach, Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort offering 1-3 bedroom suites with first-class hotel services. The Residences at Honua Kai are a collection of premium 3 bedroom condominium homes offering the best the resort has to offer in Maui Real Estate. These homes feature spacious interior living spaces, expansive private lanais, and spectacular ocean views for enjoying the famous west Maui sunsets.
This direct mailer was designed to appeal to Honua Kai homeowners not currently under the Honua Kai Resort & Spa (HKRS) Rental Property Management program. By utilizing a unique mailer design, stunning imagery, a creative headline written to appeal directly to the owners’ needs, and by focusing on the unique “differences” that make HKRS a better choice for owners, we were able appeal directly to owners in 3rd party rental programs and positively impact owner conversions. For efficiency and cost savings, this mailer was designed as a template to facilitate a series of ongoing messages throughout the year.

Castle & Cooke
Castle & Cooke – 400 Keawe Print Ad
400 Keawe is a unique low-rise condominium building located in the heart of the up-and-coming Kaka’ako real estate neighborhood. This brand ad ran in Hawaii Magazine and the purpose of the ad was to introduce the 400 Keawe “small scale” concept to the public. Some of the major benefits of the 400 Keawe real estate project are lower prices and lower maintenance fees compared to similar Kaka’ako competitors, and this is made possible by the smaller scale of the building and the fact that Castle & Cooke focused on community amenities versus costly on-property amenities. This ad campaign emphasizes the conveniences of living in a smaller-scale, low-rise building.

In addition to traditional responsive platforms, we also developed a responsive interactive touchscreen presentation that is used in the Island Sotheby’s sales center and presented on 50″ touchscreens.

Photo Shoot: Located alongside one of the most beautiful beaches on O’ahu, Paradise Cove is truly the perfect wedding venue for any bride or groom looking for a picturesque backdrop.
For this photo shoot, Team Vision was tasked with refreshing Paradise Cove Wedding’s marketing materials to reflect current trends in the market place. Key objectives of the photo shoot included setting a strong color palette for collateral pieces, capturing the dramatic beauty of each of Cove’s unique wedding locations, and picking up detail shots of the various set-ups, décor, and floral arrangements.
