Honua Kai Maui
Honua Kai Resort & Spa – #HKMemories Social Media Campaign.
Located on Maui’s renowned Kaanapali North Beach, Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort featuring 1-3 bedroom suites and first-class hotel services like housekeeping, front-desk check-in, full-service concierge and bell service. Team Vision is responsible for all of the resort’s marketing programs and for consistently creating new and innovative online and offline campaigns. For the campaign featured below, we developed a fully integrated hashtag promotion titled #HKMemories which ran in both online and offline advertising media. The obejective of the campaign was to get readers to post their favorite Honua Kai memories on one of our social media platforms with the tag #HKMemories.
This creative campaign was designed to create a mass-online marketing presence for Honua Kai Resort through viral exposure of the #HKMemories posts. By sharing their favorite memories and experiences from their stay at Honua Kai Resort, users are also promoting the Honua Kai brand in a positive and uplifting manner to their friends, family and others on their networks. A series of ads were developed by Team Vision which ran on Facebook, Instagram and Google Plus paid and organic programs as well as via remarketing ads. The #HKMemories campaign was also extended to national print advertising campaigns, e-newsletters and other marketing venues. In addition, onsite collateral was developed to support the hashtag campaign, including stickers that were given out to guests at check-in.

Nanea at Koa Ridge
NANEA AT KOA RIDGE BROCHURE DESIGN
Nanea at Koa Ridge was the very first of many neighborhoods to be released at Koa Ridge, so it was very important for us to design a brochure that not only reinforced the Nanea at Koa Ridge brand but one that also set the brand tone for the overall Koa Ridge master-planned community. Working with the brand colors that were established for each neighborhood and incorporating the Lau Koa (Koa leaf) pattern established for the overall community branding, we created a minimalist and elegant design to represent this high-end single-family home community. To further reinforce the upscale nature of the Nanea at Koa Ridge product line, high-quality fabrication elements were incorporated into the piece, including a spot varnish on all cover pattern elements, double-thick reinforced covers, and soft-touch paper on the interior pages.

Ke Kailani Social Media Marketing

Team Vision Marketing developed a series of ongoing digital marketing campaigns for Ke Kailani consisting of banner ads, programmatic online campaigns, and paid and organic social media. This featured social media campaign uses an image carousel concept with stunning imagery to create a mood, and to communicate the luxury that is Ke Kailani.
As part of the recent brand re-launch campaign, all supporting marketing materials were also redeveloped, including the logo, print advertising campaigns, brochures and collateral, web site, online marketing materials, social media campaigns, and community signage. The end result is a totally fresh, modern and elegant look.

Team Vision Marketing was hired by Wayne’s Flooring (formerly Wayne’s Carpet) to do a complete rebrand, including renaming, new logo design, signage and collateral design, digital and print advertising campaigns, and a full website redesign to set the tone for the new brand. The new web site features a responsive web design with parallax and motion integrations, a full carpet and flooring catalog integrated with the company’s major flooring suppliers, a free estimate form, dynamic phone call tracking integration, chat service and more. The site is also optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Koa Ridge
KOA RIDGE DIGITAL MARKETING BRAND CAMPAIGN
This digital marketing brand campaign for Koa Ridge, designed by Team Vision Marketing, was created to direct interested homebuyers to visit the newly launched Koa Ridge website to learn more about this new master-planned community, view floor plans, 3D home renderings, interactive site maps, and more. This campaign incorporated a series of Google Display Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, and paid search engine marketing. By utilizing headlines that highlighted the benefits of living in the Koa Ridge community, compelling lifestyle imagery, and the highly memorable Koa Ridge brand elements, this campaign successfully generated a substantial amount of click-throughs from prospective homebuyers. It also attracted a large number of Castle & Cooke Advantage Program website registrations (Conversions).
