KOA RIDGE SALES INFORMATION CENTER DESIGN
Koa Ridge is Castle & Cooke’s brand-new “Surban” master-planned in Central O’ahu that combines the best of urban living with the beauty and comforts of a suburban location. Team Vision Marketing had the pleasure of designing this state-of-the-art Koa Ridge Sales Information Center for Castle & Cooke Hawaii. Everything from the physical displays and touchscreen interface designs, technology planning and procurement, and furniture design was handled by Team Vision. The combination of ancient Hawaiian history and modern-day “Surban” community storytelling makes this a unique and engaging sales presentation.
Team Vision Marketing and Castle Cooke have worked together for over 20 years on launching their new real estate communities. For each new release, we help create the brand identity, website design, brochure and collateral programs, sales office design with interactive displays, and the offline and digital advertising and marketing programs.

Waialua Estate
Hawai’i Package Design
Waialua Estate offers premium chocolate, coffee, and cacao products grown in the nutrient-rich volcanic soil near O’ahu’s North Shore and manufactured here in Hawai’i. For this project, Team Vision Marketing was hired by the Dole Corporation to design the packaging for Waialua Estate’s brand-new roasted cacao nibs. An eye-catching, clean, and minimalistic design was conceived to convey the product’s key messaging, like “freshly roasted” and “Grown by Waialua Estate on Oahu’s North Shore,” in a concise and focused manner. This sophisticated design also communicates to consumers that the quality of the product is enough to sell itself, without the reliance on using flashy colors and distracting visuals to stand out on the store shelves.

The sun-kissed Kohala Coast of the Big Island is a destination of immeasurable beauty, a sanctuary of Nature’s elements in perfect harmony. It is here, on an exquisite oceanfront parcel of land within world-renowned Mauna Lani Resort Area where you’ll find Ke Kailani. For this project, the Hunt Development Group tasked Team Vision Marketing to re-fresh the Ke Kailani brand and to develop a national print advertising campaign. The featured print advertisement below is part of the overall brand re-launch program.
The print advertising campaign is supported by extensive online and social media campaigns, new collateral and brochure, a newly refreshed website, and an all new sales office design.
