Castle & Cooke – 400 Keawe Print Ad
400 Keawe is a unique low-rise condominium building located in the heart of the up-and-coming Kaka’ako real estate neighborhood. This brand ad ran in Hawaii Magazine and the purpose of the ad was to introduce the 400 Keawe “small scale” concept to the public. Some of the major benefits of the 400 Keawe real estate project are lower prices and lower maintenance fees compared to similar Kaka’ako competitors, and this is made possible by the smaller scale of the building and the fact that Castle & Cooke focused on community amenities versus costly on-property amenities. This ad campaign emphasizes the conveniences of living in a smaller-scale, low-rise building.

This full-page print ad was developed to promote Honua Kai Resort & Spa to attendees of the Maui Film Festival, an annual event on Maui that attracts participants and celebrities from across the globe.

This full-page brand ad was developed by Team Vision Marketing to brand the Honua Kai Resort and Spa as an upscale condominium resort with luxury hotel services. An expansive lanai image showcasing ocean and neighbor island views was used to grab readers attention. Living room and kitchen interior shots were used to demonstrate the level of quality that can be expected. A clean design with lots of white space and minimal copy visually reinforce the luxury brand.

At the gateway to Kapalua, and just minutes from dining and shopping in historic Lahaina town and Ka’anapali, you’ll find a very special place named Wailele Ridge. The community offers brand new condominium residences with panoramic ocean views that extend all the way to Moloka’i and Lana’i.
This full-page brand ad was developed to convey a sense of peacefulness, space and serenity. A single image that runs the length of the ad features a woman in an infinity pool escaping the stresses of life and enjoying the endless panoramic views. This pre-development brand ad contains minimal copy as the objective of the ad is to simply convey the brand name and communicate that this is a brand new condominium community. Readers are directed to a web address where they can get the full details if they are interested.
