Honua Kai Brand Advertising Campaign – Maui Clients
Located directly on Maui’s renowned Kaanapali North Beach, Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort featuring all-suite accommodations with first-class hotel services.
Team Vision Marketing, a Hawaii branding agency, developed this series of brand ads for Honua Kai Resort & Spa to run in various international consumer and travel trade print publications. The objectives of the new brand campaign were to communicate space (both in terms of the overall property size and the spacious all-suite accommodations) and luxury. The ad designs are clean and elegant. The headline “Nothing Overlooked Except This” refers to the first-class level of service offered at the Resort. This series of print ads will run over a 6-month period and will be supported with a digital marketing program consisting of Facebook and Instagram ads, Google AdWords ads, digital display advertising and e-newsletters. Pink Sails Waikiki
Pink Sails Waikiki – Waikiki Water Park Ad
Pink Sails Waikiki is one of Hawaii’s favorite visitor attractions offering daily sailing tours and cruises that include whale watching, turtle snorkeling, a sunset dinner cruise, a Friday night fireworks cruise, private charters, and more. Team Vision Marketing handles the company’s full-service marketing needs covering everything from traditional print ads and brochure design to web design, digital advertising management, SEO and social media management.
When Pink Sails Waikiki wanted to go to market with their brand-new Waikiki Water Park Adventure tour, they turned to Team Vision Marketing. Our team coordinated the photo, video, and drone shoots, designed the print, digital, and video ads, and created the Waikiki Water Park Adventure Tour website. This new ocean adventure tour from Pink Sails is the most exciting new package introduced in the Waikiki cruise industry in many years. A QR code and custom phone call tracking number were included in the ads so our account team can report on ad calls, scans, and conversions as part of our complete monthly KPI recap report. The print version of the ad featured here runs in various travel publications including 101 Things to Do, Oahu’s Best Coupons, and more.

Four Seasons Lana’i
Four Seasons Lana’i Golf – Brand Ad
High above the crashing surf of Hulopoe Bay, the Jack Nicklaus Signature Manele Golf Course is the premier 18-hole layout in Lanai, Hawaii, with a reputation for excellence in design and playability. Built on lava outcroppings, the course features three holes on cliffs, which use the Pacific Ocean as a water hazard. The five-tee concept challenges the best golfers – tee shots over natural gorges and ravines must be precise.
Team Vision, a full service advertising agency, was hired by Four Seasons Resorts Lana’i to develop a print ad campaign promoting the Manele Golf Course and their new Summer Golf Package. The package included a round of golf at Manele, club rentals and a prix fixe lunch at the fabulous VIEWS restaurant. Team Vision utilized a series of stunning images as the foundation of the campaign to immediately appeal to avid and well traveled golfers who were looking for the best of the best. The ad above was the first in the series of the campaign.

Castle & Cooke Hawaiʻi
CORPORATE BRAND AD – CASTLE & COOKE HAWAI’I
This corporate brand advertisement was developed by Team Vision Marketing to position Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii as a leading building of master-planned communities and homes for Hawai’i families. The headline is a play off of the tagline “Live, Grow, Thrive” which was also developed by Team Vision. The family lifestyle image was captured in a recent photoshoot we conducted at Castle & Cooke’s Nanea model home complex. This piece ran as a full-page ad in the Building Industry Association trade publication.
Team Vision Marketing and Castle Cooke Hawaii have worked together for over 20 years launching their new real estate communities. For each new release, we help create the brand identity, website design, brochure and collateral programs, and sales office design with interactive displays. After the foundational marketing elements are in place, we manage ongoing advertising and branding programs via traditional media placements as well as through cutting-edge digital marketing programs.
