Wailele Ridge Photo Shoot

Wailele Ridge:  At the gateway to Kapalua, and just minutes from dining and shopping in historic Lahaina town and Ka’anapali, you’ll find this very special neighborhood named Wailele Ridge. In Hawaiian, its name means “leaping waters,” and water in all its forms is at the heart of this private enclave of new condominium townhomes — from the blue infinity pool, with its surrounding water garden and twin spas, to the panoramic ocean views that extend all the way to Moloka’i and Lana’i.

Photoshoot:   Team Vision was hired to develop the brand image for Wailele Ridge prior to any construction taking place on-site.  Therefore, the objective of this initial photo shoot was to capture imagery that would allow the viewer to mentally place themselves into the scenes so that they could picture themselves living this amazing Maui lifestyle at Wailele Ridge.  We focused on key  activities that vacationer owners like to engage in such as ocean activities, shopping, dining, golf and other outdoor fun.  As an additional focus, we also captured imagery from the actual home site locations which showcases the amazing 180 degree ocean views that extend all the way to Molokai and Lanai.

Koa Ridge Photo Shoot

Koa Ridge will be Castle & Cooke Hawaii’s largest master-planned real estate development since Mililani Mauka.  Located in Central O’ahu, Koa Ridge will provide around 3,500 new homes  for Hawai’i families.  Team Vision Marketing was tasked with developing the online brand for Koa Ridge which included concept, copy writing, responsive web site design,  and a comprehensive photo shoot designed to capture images that portray the Koa Ridge lifestyle.

As a full-service marketing agency, Team Vision handled everything from shot concepts, location scouts and model selections to wardrobe, props and photography.  A series of dramatic outdoor lifestyle images were captured in a wide format for primary usage on the new Koa Ridge web site. Photo Shoot:  Located at a speactular oceanfront location in the exclusive Mauna Lani Resort on Hawaii’s Big Island, Ke Kailani offers a variety of residential living opportunities from the luxurious Villas to custom home sites nestled among luxurious amenities and peaceful open spaces.

Team Vision was tasked with developing the brand identity for Ke Kailani and communicating  the messaging of upscale, exclusive, private, and spacious through photographs. These images would be used to develop our brochures, print advertising and web site.

400 Keawe Lifestyle Shoot

Brand Photography: 400 Keawe is a unique low-rise condominium project located in the heart of the up-and-coming neighborhood of Kaka’ako.  Castle & Cooke tasked us with creating the brand for this project starting with the name, logo design and color palette, and eventually moving into the lifestyle photography concepts. One of the primary objectives of the photo shoot was to communicate all of the great benefits there are to living in Kaka’ako, and all of the free amenities that already exist within this growing community.  Our primary target market was made up of 20-30 somethings which is what we focused on for this shoot.   The following are some of the key images we captured to bring 400 Keawe to life.

Photo Shoot:  Located alongside one of the most beautiful beaches on O’ahu, Paradise Cove is truly the perfect wedding venue for any bride or groom looking for a picturesque backdrop.

For this photo shoot, Team Vision was tasked with refreshing Paradise Cove Wedding’s marketing materials to reflect current trends in the market place.  Key objectives of the photo shoot included setting a strong color palette for collateral pieces, capturing the dramatic beauty of each of Cove’s unique wedding locations, and picking up detail shots of the various set-ups, décor, and floral arrangements.
