Castle & Cooke Hawaii
Castle & Cooke Advantage Program – Logo Design and Re-branding
Initially developed by Team Vision Marketing in 1999, Castle & Cooke’s Web Advantage Program is a state of the art customer relationship management system that digitally manages each customer from their initial web site registration, throughout their home buying process, through mortgage qualification, purchasing and contracts, and after-purchase services like design center and home warranty. The system also automates many of our digital marketing tasks such as e-newsletter marketing, social media marketing, customer reporting and more.
Leading up to the launch of the all-new Koa Ridge master-planned community, we recommended that it was also time to rebrand the Web Advantage Program with a new name that dropped the word “Web,” a modernized logo design, a new customer interface, and to do a complete overhaul of the customer management system to add new features and benefits that would enhance the user experience by better integrating with Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, texting services and more.
In addition to creating the Advantage Program, Team Vision has created the brand identity for each of their new real estate communities for the past 20 years. This includes logo design, web site design, sales office and sign design, interactive displays, digital and offline advertising and marketing programs, and collateral design.

Pailolo Place
Maui Advertising Clients: Pailolo Place Logo Design
Pailolo Place is the newest residential real estate development by Aina Lani Pacific, LLC, a leading Maui real estate developer. Located on Maui’s west side, Pailolo Place will offer a variety of townhome floor plan options. As the marketing agency for Aina Lani Pacific, Team Vision Marketing is responsible for the logo design, branding and supporting digital and off-line marketing materials for this project.
Titled “Ocean Breeze,” this new logo design contrasts the clean and simple ocean/breeze logo icon with the rougher logotype will leave the impression that Pailolo Place offers much more than it seems. This mark plays directly off of the Kaiaulu Maui logo (one of the family of developments of Aina Lani Pacific), utilizing similar clean abstract “swashes” to contrast with a script typeface (Dear Joe Hannes).

Ke Kailani
Big Island Clients: Ke Kailani – Logo Design Refresh & Branding
20 Miles North of Kona International Airport, nestled within the generous expanse of the Mauna Lani Resort area, you’ll find an exceedingly rare gem coined Ke Kailani. Upon the acquisition and relaunch of this luxury Big Island real estate development, the new client hired Team Vision Marketing to rebrand and relaunch this luxury offering. This involved refreshing and modernizing their existing logo design which was originally developed by another company, development of a new web site and sales office touchscreen display, new sales office design, new community signage, and the launch of new print and digital advertising campaigns.
