Team Vision has worked with Castle & Cooke Hawaii for over 20 years on launching each of their new real estate communities. This has included everything from naming and brand identity development to web site design, online marketing, offline marketing, brochure and collateral design, public relations and events. The integrated marketing campaign featured below was recently developed for Pu’uwai Place, Castle & Cooke’s newest residential neighborhood located in Waipahu.

The objective of this digital marketing campaign was to maintain the anticipation for Pu’uwai Place during the beginning of the building phase by communicating that the homes will be move-in ready by Summer 2018. The campaign includes e-newsletters, sponsored Facebook and Instagram ads, paid search engine marketing and online banner advertising.
