Pailolo Place is the newest residential real estate development by Aina Lani Pacific, LLC, a leading Maui real estate developer. Located on Maui’s west side, Pailolo Place will offer a variety of townhome floor plan options. As the marketing agency for Aina Lani Pacific, Team Vision Marketing is responsible for the logo design, branding and supporting digital and off-line marketing materials for this project.
Titled “Ocean Breeze,” this new logo design contrasts the clean and simple ocean/breeze logo icon with the rougher logotype will leave the impression that Pailolo Place offers much more than it seems. This mark plays directly off of the Kaiaulu Maui logo (one of the family of developments of Aina Lani Pacific), utilizing similar clean abstract “swashes” to contrast with a script typeface (Dear Joe Hannes).
