Logo Design & Branding – Wai Kalo’i at Makakilo
Team Vision Marketing was hired to develop the name, theme, branding and logo design for this single family real estate marketing development located in Makakilo. Named after an ancient spring that once provided a source of life and nourishment for the land and the people of the area, Wai Kalo`i at Makakilo is a neighborhood designed to take maximum advantage of the dramatic features that were provided by nature – the mountains, the ocean, the views, the cool elevation and the natural flora and fauna. In addition to the community name, seven model home names were developed by Team Vision around the theme of native trees and plants – `A`ali`i, `Iliahi, Wiliwili, `Ilima, `Ohia & Na`u. Each of these unique homes were designed to blend seamlessly with the environment. The use of earth tones, natural fabrics and fibers, and island-style décor will help bring the beautiful natural elements of the area into the interior of these magnificent homes.
