Koa Ridge is Hawaii’s first “surban” master-planned community and the largest real estate development by Castle & Cooke since Mililani. It was essential that Team Vision design an engaging brochure to establish the Koa Ridge brand identity and tell the story of Castle & Cooke Hawaiʻi. The featured brand brochure incorporates an elegant, minimalistic design with powerful imagery that visually communicates the story of how the brand originated and what it has evolved into today.  The Koa Ridge signature Lau Koa (Koa leaf) pattern was used to balance out the detailed storylines about the communityʻs unique “surban” mixed lifestyle, convenient amenities, sustainability initiatives, community plan, and the wide range of home designs.  Click on the arrows to scroll through the full Koa Ridge brand brochure.
