CORPORATE WEBSITE DESIGN – CASTLE & COOKE HAWAI’I
Founded in 1851, Castle & Cooke began as a Hawai‘i general store and has grown into a worldwide leader in a diverse array of industries. In Hawaii, the company’s portfolio includes residential and commercial real estate management and development, agritourism, retail, food and beverage, and aviation services. Recently, the company decided it was time to elevate their online corporate brand by redeveloping their corporate website to better reflect the company they have evolved into over the past ten years. Team Vision was hired to create that digital brand—from the ground up. A lengthy process, it began by holding leadership meetings to discuss, define, and write the company’s vision, mission, and values. From there, key content was developed to represent the leadership team, sustainability initiatives, company history, community involvement, and other key storylines. Once the key storylines were in place, the graphic design team began to turn the brand story into a visual experience that not only represents the company today but the vision for the company’s evolution over the next five to ten years. The website incorporates all best practices in terms of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), security, and ADA compliance. In addition, Team Vision redeveloped the company’s proprietary Advantage Program Customer Management System, which manages customers from their very first interaction with Castle & Cooke all the way through closing and customer service after the sale.
Team Vision Marketing and Castle Cooke Hawaii have worked together for over 20 years launching their new real estate communities. For each new release, we help create the brand identity, website design, brochure and collateral programs, and sales office design with interactive displays. After the foundational marketing elements are in place, we manage ongoing advertising and branding programs via traditional media placements as well as through cutting-edge digital marketing programs.
