Castle & Cooke Advantage Program – Logo Design and Re-branding
Initially developed by Team Vision Marketing in 1999, Castle & Cooke’s Web Advantage Program is a state of the art customer relationship management system that digitally manages each customer from their initial web site registration, throughout their home buying process, through mortgage qualification, purchasing and contracts, and after-purchase services like design center and home warranty. The system also automates many of our digital marketing tasks such as e-newsletter marketing, social media marketing, customer reporting and more.
Leading up to the launch of the all-new Koa Ridge master-planned community, we recommended that it was also time to rebrand the Web Advantage Program with a new name that dropped the word “Web,” a modernized logo design, a new customer interface, and to do a complete overhaul of the customer management system to add new features and benefits that would enhance the user experience by better integrating with Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, texting services and more.
