ADVERTISING AGENCY SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

START IMMEDIATELY (MUST RESIDE IN HAWAII )

Team Vision is a Honolulu-based full-service marketing and technology that has been in business since 1997 (25 years). We are well-known for our integrated marketing capabilities and strength in online programs and custom technology solutions. Although we have clients in a variety of industries such as medical and retail, our primary focus is on travel industry and real estate clients.

Candidate Qualities:  Seeking an entrepreneurial-minded person with extreme drive, creativity, highly detailed, and a passion to always strive to work on the next big idea. Must have BA degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a related marketing position.  Must have experience working with website project management, digital advertising management, and social marketing program management.  Must be a highly motivated, self-starter who doesn’t require extensive guidance. Must be extremely detailed with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects for multiple clients.

Job Description:  The position of Account Executive (AE) at Team Vision requires someone willing to take on an entrepreneurial role and work on a variety of projects and clients focused primarily on the travel and real estate industries.  The person selected for this position will work directly with the CEO. The AE will be assigned to manage certain clients’ day-to-day accounts and marketing programs, including project management on traditional ad campaigns (television, radio, print), brochure and collateral projects, website development and maintenance, digital advertising programs, and social media marketing. In addition to managing and overseeing tasks done by other departments or outside contractors, the AE will be required to directly handle several digital marketing accounts, including regular social media posts/promotions and paid online advertising campaigns. The AE should have good writing skills and will be required to write content for client websites, newsletters, and social media programs.  AE will be required to create client project estimates and timelines and will be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring profitability on client accounts. AE must be an excellent multi-tasker with the ability to juggle many projects while keeping everything on budget and on schedule.

Your Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a marketing agency, digital agency, or similar client-side role.
  • Ability to tell compelling stories with ads, posts, and images.
  • Insights on the latest digital trends and best practices.
  • Expert knowledge of major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), best practices and trends, and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Proven history developing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns that grow clients’ audiences and engagement.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva, Sprout Social, Adobe Premier (or similar video editing software) are all a plus.
  • Experience using social media and digital advertising analytics tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with good storytelling instincts.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, patience, good judgment, and flexibility in their work.
  • Must work well under pressure both autonomously as well as part of a team.

Work Details: This is a full-time position working primarily remotely with occasional days working in the office with regular office hours (no flex schedules). 2 weeks paid vacation.  Company offers full medical, dental, drug and vision benefits through HMSA.  Salary is commensurate with experience.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – DIGITAL MARKETING

Team Vision Marketing is seeking a digital marketing account executive with a minimum of 2 to 3  years of experience managing social media and digital marketing programs for either travel or real estate industry accounts and a solid track record of success. Candidate will collaborate with our creative and management team and be responsible for building community engagement while overseeing creative assets on all social media channels. The candidate will also maintain content on a variety of client websites through various CMS solutions and manage the execution of innovative and engaging email campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop client social media strategy, create monthly content calendars, and set goals and objectives.
  • Maintain client website content related to digital marketing initiatives. Create landing pages for conversion tracking of campaigns.
  • Content curation. Attend relevant community events, client events, and meetings, visit client locations, take photos, conduct interviews, write engaging content.
  • Write and design (or collaborate with internal design team) and schedule regular posts for major social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Yelp, and more.
  • Write and oversee creative team on graphic design of regular client e-newsletters. Schedule distributions and provide analytics recap to the client.
  • Online community engagement. Interact with relevant social media outlets, manage customer and community comments, engage in relevant conversations, respond to inquiries, etc.
  • Identify new opportunities for original social content, relative to industry trends.
  • Oversee reporting and analyze the performance of social media initiatives, including channel growth, impressions, engagements, referral traffic, and conversions.
  • Create monthly client social media and digital marketing recap reports.

Your Skills

GRAPHIC DESIGNERS (ONE FULL-TIME POSITION AND FREELANCE POSITIONS)

We are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience and preferably has worked on real estate and travel industry accounts. Previous experience working for an advertising agency or graphic design firm is a plus.  The ideal candidate should have a broad range of design experience, including print advertising design, brochure and collateral design, sign design, web, and digital advertising design (Facebook, Instagram, and Google display ads. The Designer will be responsible for concept, design/layout, and production.  Previous experience working with printers and sign manufacturers from concept to final printing/fabrication is preferred.  We do have an in-house production manager to assist the designer in these areas.

Must have strong graphic design concept, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. We work in a very fast-paced environment, so the candidate must be a self-starter, flexible, and have the ability to handle multiple active jobs under pressure on a daily basis.  Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and print knowledge required. Experience in photography and video production is a plus, but not required.

Strong illustration skills and real estate/ travel industry experience are very helpful.

ADVERTISING AGENCY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES 

Team Vision Marketing is seeking account executives (senior and junior) with a minimum of 3 years of experience working for an integrated marketing or advertising agency, a digital marketing agency, or related. The candidate should also have experience managing integrated marketing campaigns for travel industry clients (hotels, attractions, timeshare), real estate industry clients, or both. We are looking for junior Account Executives (3 Years Exp.) and Senior Account Executives/ Supervisors (5+ years relevant experience).

Responsibilities

  • Client Management (proposals, client strategy development, budget maintenance, presentations, meetings management, client reports, etc.)
  • Marketing Plan Development, Implementation, and Goals Accountability
