Honua Kai Resort and Spa is a luxury condominium resort located on the beautiful Ka’anapali North Beach in Maui. This unique resort offers studio to three-bedroom suites with top-of-the-line amenities and first-class hotel services.
For this project, Team Vision Marketing designed a series of new Snapchat geo-filters for Honua Kai Resort & Spa. The purpose of the new filter is to expand the reach and engagement with the younger generation of resort guests as well as their older generations who embrace Snapchat usage. The new filter concept still has a fun, vacation feel, but with a more simplified design to give more window space for the actual user photos. The younger generations (primarily Millennials and Gen X) love to use local geo-filters on Snapchat to share their experiences in a fun and creative way.
