First Koa Ridge Homeowner Move-In Event – CASTLE & COOKE HAWAI’I
Koa Ridge is a brand-new Castle & Cooke Hawai’i residential development that will ultimately provide local families with approximately 3,500 new homes set within Hawai’i’s first Surban master-planned community, where the conveniences of urban life blend with the peacefulness of a picturesque suburban neighborhood. Recently, Castle & Cooke celebrated it’s first Koa Ridge homeowners moving into the community at an intimate event.
As Castle & Cooke’s full-service advertising and marketing agency for over 20 years, Team Vision Marketing was responsible for handling the event planning and marketing materials to support the historic First Koa Ridge Homeowners Move-in event. This included planning the event program, developing an organic social media countdown campaign, creating Welcome Home banners, which served as the backdrops for media photos, and designing a custom ʻukulele gift for the homeowners. As part of the “One Koa Tree for Every Home Sold” program we developed in partnership with Saving Hawaii’s Forests, we created a 1-minute video showing the first Koa tree for that program being planted and dedicated to these first homeowners. The momentous event turned out to be a big success and was covered by the major local television and print media.
